GUESTBOOK

Pistonheads.com had organized sessions at a local Rolling Road - just quick power runs rather than full-on rolling road sessions, as seen here. This was simply a chance to pop the car on the rollers, whack it up to full revs, and see what the power figures looked like. We went along to watch, and a chance to hear what other types of car sounded like at full-power!

Mark prepares to unleash the power of Ferrari's V12, as found in his 550 - with Tubi exhaust :) - once he had jump started a flat battery obviously!

A tight fit, but it got there in the end!

No - I was not sat here during the power runs - would have been a little loud I think!

Not a lot of clearance underneath once in the rollers! Mark - you really need to clean under the car as well!

Checking those figures.

Are you sure??!

Careful direction to ensure the car stays on the ramps, the wing mirror misses the wall, and the front spoiler does not hit the ground!

...easy does it....

...phew!

Lovely view of a little red van, blocked by a Ferrari 550.

Leaving the car to cool down after its run - really just an excuse to gawp at the rather nice V12 engine!

Amazing twin-bike engined Mini made a fantastic noise - must be a hoot on track!

M3 - another great engine note as that silky smooth straight-6 engine howled! Still amazing the think that marks car has double the number of cylinders!

Bunch of petrolheads!

Next please! There were a number of different TVR models at the rolling road - all with a lovely engine note, it has to be said.

This particular Griffith sounded like a NASCAR when it was on the rollers!

Mark and Tessa waiting for the next aural treat.

Another big car to carefully back into the garage.
